I work with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams in small to mid-sized organizations—from the private sector to NGOs. My clients are facing disruption, complexity, or transformation and want to lead strategically, not reactively.

Do you focus on AI only?
No. AI is one powerful piece of the puzzle—but not the only one. I help organizations improve collaboration, find clarity and courage to navigate the unknown, and get skills needed for future readiness. My role is to ensure your people, processes, and priorities are aligned for what’s coming next.
Do you also work with leadership teams, not just CEOs and business owners?
Absolutely. In fact, many of my projects involve cross-functional leadership groups, department heads, and change agents. I facilitate alignment and clarity across hierarchies and silos.
Where are you based—and do you work internationally?
I’m based in Germany and work internationally, mainly virtually but also on-site. My clients come from various industries across Europe and beyond.
