"Do you facilitate virtual or on-site?"

Both, but almost 90% virtual. With the technology evolving, I facilitated my first webinars in 2006 and started to facilitate open space formats online in 2017. This helped significantly to bring people together from all over the world. A major advantage is that the formats can be chunked in shorter units over a longer period of time, allowing for easier and more sustainable transfer into everyday life.

It depends on many factors. We’ll explore the right scope for your company in a strategy workshop.

I offer tailored packages—from a focused format to full transformation support, inclusive team coaching.

“Is this a fit for larger teams or just leadership groups?”

Both. It depends on what you want to achieve, if we are working with large groups in open space formats, or smaller groups on sprints, etc.

One key success is working with diverse groups - getting different hierarchies and departments working together and getting to know each other in a totally different way. This creates paradigm shifts, mutual understanding, and respect - the basis for trust building and collaboration.
