I’m not here to spoon-feed you answers or make decisions for you. I'm here to help you find your own way to empower you to move ahead with clarity, confidence, and awareness.
But if I am explicitly asked to switch roles from coach to consultant, I will do so. Only then and in a very transparent way. Coaching with me is deep, strategic dialogue. After being in leadership positions myself, I completed my first in depth coaching training with a focus on psychology in 2001 and keep getting educated ever since. I’ve spent over 20 years coaching senior leaders and business owners across industries, often in the midst of disruption, change, or growth.
My qualifications come from decades of practical experience, not just theory: I’ve worked with CEOs, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups in complex systems — guiding them through transformation, collaboration, and leadership development.
I am a Certified Systemic Business Coach (ICA), trained in methods that go beyond surface-level fixes to address the deeper dynamics of leadership, power, and team culture. I regularly facilitate workshops, team coachings, transformation programs, and peer groups — and continuously update my practice to include cutting-edge insights on AI, collaboration, and the future of leadership.
