“Is this coaching or consulting?”
It's coaching, but it can have consulting elements, too.
I’m not here to spoon-feed you answers or make decisions for you. I'm here to help you find your own way to empower you to move ahead with clarity, confidence, and awareness.
But if I am explicitly asked to switch roles from coach to consultant, I will do so. Only then and in a very transparent way. Coaching with me is deep, strategic dialogue. Expect clarity, frameworks, and real movement. I bring decades of experience and a toolbox that flexes depending on what you need.
“What types of leaders do you work with?”
CEOs, business owners, heads of departments, NGO leaders—anyone with real responsibility and a desire to lead more meaningfully. What matters most isn’t your title. It’s your willingness to rethink, stretch, and take action.
“What if I don’t have time for this right now?”
Honestly? That’s probably why you need it. If you’re constantly firefighting, there’s likely no space for the kind of leadership thinking your role requires. This work doesn’t take time—it helps you reclaim it.
“How do the sessions work?”
We’ll meet via Zoom (or occasionally in person if needed). Regular sessions are 90 minutes. You bring what’s real. I bring the structure, presence, and strategy. Between sessions, I may offer reflection prompts, tools, or some inspiration if useful.
I'll challenge you, but I won’t overload you.
“Can you also coach my team?”
Yes, if it’s the right moment. Many clients begin 1:1 and then bring me in for team work or facilitation. We’ll shape what fits best.
“Do I need to know anything about AI or digital transformation?”
Not at all. My role is to help you lead through change, not throw more jargon at you, or get you into any kind of tech or tools. Neither AI nor digital transformation need to be discussed, but because it's shaping our world more than ever before, the topic will mostly be touched.
“Is this personal or professional coaching?”
Both. Because you’re one human being. Leadership doesn’t live in a vacuum. I go by the systemic approach, meaning we’ll explore the full terrain—values, habits, identity shifts, systems. This is where real transformation begins.
"What qualifies you to coach leaders?
After being in leadership positions myself, I completed my first in depth coaching training with a focus on psychology in 2001 and keep getting educated ever since. I’ve spent over 20 years coaching senior leaders and business owners across industries, often in the midst of disruption, change, or growth.
My qualifications come from decades of practical experience, not just theory: I’ve worked with CEOs, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups in complex systems — guiding them through transformation, collaboration, and leadership development.
I am a Certified Systemic Business Coach (ICA), trained in methods that go beyond surface-level fixes to address the deeper dynamics of leadership, power, and team culture. I regularly facilitate workshops, team coachings, transformation programs, and peer groups — and continuously update my practice to include cutting-edge insights on AI, collaboration, and the future of leadership.
