I started by defying expectations — a teenage girl who signed up for a computer science project out of pure curiosity when nobody thought she should. That curiosity took me from Germany to 5-star hotel in San Francisco, from running a department for human potential development at one of Germany's most prestigious technical institutions to running leadership programs for a global NGO that crossed every cultural and institutional boundary imaginable.
Two published books and 25 years of guiding leaders through their hardest moments later — here I am.
