- Studying (machine learning, deep learning, data sciences, prompt engineering, implementation - like building chatbots and AI agents), experimenting, testing, and integrating AI across leadership, strategy, and culture.

- Designing assessments, training, and strategic processes that match real organizational needs—not hype.

Always staying grounded in what matters most: people, purpose, and impact.

They come to me to gain clarity, confidence, and a path forward they can trust.

The studying is an ongoing journey. AI is developing fast and I'll stay enrolled in class to be able to keep up.

I do implementation myself to a certain degree, like custom GPTs, Avatars, Chat- and Voicebots. I work closely with trusted partners on a global scale or, if available, your internal teams to help you get future-proof—but I stay on your side to keep the process aligned and focused.

Certainly. AI requires a new thinking if it comes to cybersecurity. That's why I ask my clients to involve their security team (internal or external) right from the beginning to ensure established security policies will be followed.
