How much time will this require from us?

Your leadership team should plan for two meetings: a deep-dive call at the start, and a debrief session at the end.

In between, I will conduct focused interviews with selected leaders and staff across departments. The number of interviews depends on company size and scope, and we will align that together. Most clients find this is a highly valuable process, both for the insights and for starting the right internal conversations.

Will this give us an AI implementation plan?

Not in the classic sense of a tech project plan. This diagnostic focuses on leadership clarity, organizational readiness, and identifying where AI can create value for your business. You will receive clear priorities, leadership focus areas, and recommendations for building skills and capacity. Given the pace of AI change, static long-term plans are rarely useful. The goal is to equip your leadership team to lead with agility and make smart decisions as opportunities evolve.

We already have some AI tools in use. Is this still relevant for us?

Yes. Many companies start by experimenting with tools, but soon realize that real value depends on leadership alignment, team skills, and cultural readiness.
